On the last Tuesday of every month; everyone is welcome to Join Wendy Barrett at 6:30 pm after her Functional Movement  HIIT/LIIT Class for individual or group open chat about nutrition.
Wendy has worked with various clients in Toronto and Collingwood, focusing on eating to balance blood sugar, boost metabolism, achieve a healthy weight, optimize energy levels, balance gut microflora, treat chronic systemic inflammation and to manage disease.

Wendy is in the process of becoming a designated Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) A focus on using the important chemistry of nutrients, vitamins and minerals as a tool to prevent and treat acute and chronic disease.
